Ken was born in Long Beach California in 1958, the son of a Locksmith. He attended Pre-school in Whittier California, and at the age of 4 moved to Fullerton California where he still lives. Ken attended Troy High School and Graduated with his classmates in 1977, at which time he joined the US Navy and was a Sonar Tech Submarines, being honorably discharged at the final rank of E5 in 1988. Ken attended Christian Seminary and was awarded the Degree of Doctor of Divinity and Ordained a Christian minister. He was not interested in becoming a pastor of a church so went on to Calif. State Fullerton University to gain his Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering. With these two degrees Ken obtained a job in Q&A for a company in Anaheim California that makes and tests telemetry circuited boards.
Ken has many interests. He is interested in comparative religion as well as in photograph and also history as well as the study of the paranormal as it relates to religion and also scientific study of the paranormal phenomena.
Ken is a member of a number of clubs and fraternal orders. The American Legion as well as the VFW are veterans groups he is member of, he is also so a member of the 40 and 8 as well as Military Order of Cootie. Ken also was asked to join the Native Sons of Golden West and was made a member in 2008. He also holds a number of officer passions in the veterans groups having the honor to have held the position of Brea Post American Legion Commander for 2007-2008 as well as American Legion District Chaplain which he has held since 2006. Last year for 2008-2009 Ken was Elected Sons District Commander for the Sons of the American Legion as he is a dual member both a Legionnaire and Sons member. Ken’s father was in the Army Air Corps in WWII which makes Ken eligible for membership in the Sons organization. Ken plans to run for Brea VFW Commander for 2009-2010 and also run for a second term as Sons District Commander and also will continue to be Legion District Chaplain if the 2009-2010 Legion District Commander re-appoints him as such.
